GreenProbolinggo is a web dashboard for running waste banks across Probolinggo City. Admins and Customers work in the same system, so waste records, savings, and withdrawals stay organized and easy to check.
Problem
Waste bank records lived on paper.
Records were kept by hand. Updates were slow, data was scattered, and transactions were hard to look up. Customers had no easy way to see their savings or what their waste could earn.
Goals
- (1)Replace manual records with one organized system.
- (2)Give Admins and Customers each a clear view of their own data.
- (3)Let Customers see what their waste is worth.
Challenge
Two roles, very different users.
Admins handle waste entries, customers, categories, and money every day. Customers just want to check their balance. Many users have little digital experience, so neither view could feel like accounting software.
Solution
One dashboard, a view for each role.
Admins get one workspace for customers, waste entries, categories, withdrawals, and transaction history. Customers get a simpler view: their activity, withdrawal requests, and an income simulation that estimates what they can earn. Navigation works the same in both, so the system only has to be learned once.
Result
Designed end to end, not yet built.
The full design for both roles was finished in one month. The project stopped before development.
