Pickin is a photo selection gallery for photographers in Indonesia. Clients open a link, tap a heart on the photos they want, and send their picks; the photographer receives a clean list of file names. Photos stay in the photographer's own Google Drive, and the whole loop, from sharing the gallery to delivering edits, runs through WhatsApp.

Problem

Photo selection was all admin.

After a shoot, choosing photos usually means sending a Drive folder, waiting for screenshots or a list of file names typed by hand, then matching them up one by one. Clients get lost in folders, and photographers lose time on admin instead of editing.

Goals

(1)Cut photo selection down to open, tap, send.
(2)Keep photos in the photographer's own Google Drive, with no re-uploading.
(3)Deliver picks where the conversation already lives: WhatsApp.

Challenge

Most clients pick on a phone.

Clients open the gallery link on their phone, often on a weak connection. Asking them to log in, install an app, or dig through Drive folders would lose them. The whole flow had to work in a few taps, on a small screen first.

Solution

Remove every step that isn't choosing.

Clients open a link, tap a heart, and send. Photographers don't upload again, because the gallery reads straight from Google Drive, and picks arrive in WhatsApp, where the conversation already lives.
